Foreclosure Relief Services National, Inc.

What does FRSN do?
Our soul purpose is to stop a foreclosure without bankrupcy; therefore, keeping the borrower in the home and in ownership of the home.
How does FRSN do it?
FRSN is simply a mediation/arbitration service. At least 97% of the time, the mortgage company you pay your money to is a servicer. Behind that servicer is an actual investor that puts up the money for you to buy or refinance your home. That investor dictates the options available to the homeowner. We then make the servicer provide you with the best options. The problem is, that servicers are very difficult to deal with when you are a delinquent borrower. We make them BEHAVE and COOPERATE.
What does FRSN charge?
After FRSN assesses your case, we let you know then if we can help you. Our fee is $1200 or $1500, depending on the specifics of your case. To sign up with us and meet with Mr. Kirby you pay half of that fee. When we have a deal worked out that both you and the mortgage company agree to in order to stop the foreclosure, that is when you pay THE OTHER half of the fee. That way, we are paid for some of our time, and motivated to solve the case in order to recieve the balance of our fee.
